A heavy and multifunctional Power Rack, equipped with all functional attachments: The Newton Fitness Black Series BLK-7500!

The BLK-7500 is equipped with all attachments for a complete workout. Unlike the BLK-7000, the Power Rack is equipped with adjustable Jammer Arms. Together with the cable machine and Smith Machine, these attachments provide a versatile workout. The Power Rack also has a 3 mm thick Q235 steel construction. Partly because of this, the BLK-7500 is priced in the high and heavy segment. The solid guides make the Smith Machine run very smoothly and are beneficial for durability.

Dimensions

The dimensions of the BLK-7500 are: 199x205x231 cm (LxWxH). This makes it the ideal multifunctional Power Rack for PT studios, hotels, physiotherapy practices or people who want to bring the gym home. The dimensions are based on its completeness as shown in the picture.

The BLK-7500 is a complete and multifunctional Power Rack. Partly because of this, it is possible to perform as many exercises as possible:

Adjustable detachable Jammer Arms

A unique and innovative addition are the Jammer Arms. This allows you to perform different exercises in a safe way, making your workout even more complete. You have the option to load the Jammer Arms with weight plates (Plate Loaded), or through the cable machine. Examples of exercises are: Shoulder Press & Romanian Deadlifts.

J-Hooks & Spotters

These attachments are used to perform individual exercises on the rack. You can place the Olympic barbell (50 mm) on the adjustable J-Hooks. The Spotters can serve for extra safety during the exercise. The J-Hooks and Spotters are adjustable in 15 heights. Examples of exercises are: Bench Press, Barbell Squats & Overhead Press.

Smith Machine

The Smith Machine can be used to safely perform your exercises. The Smith Machine guides are made of solid steel. This is beneficial when it comes to durability, but also for a high-quality workout. Examples of exercises are: Smith Squats, Bench Press & Leg Press (Leg Press Plate) The Leg Press Plate should be used in combination with the Smith Machine.

Adjustable Pulley

A popular addition is the adjustable cable machine. These pulleys can be adjusted in 15 positions, so you can perform exercises at anu height. Cable exercises are very popular because they create continuous tension throughout the movement of the exercise. Examples of exercises are: Lat Pulldown, Chest Flyes & Cable Rows.

The base plate can be used as an elevation, the Pull Up Bar is equipped with various handles and the Leg Lockers can be used for Lat Pulldowns. The BLK-7500 is equipped with 2 x 100 kg weight stack, with steps of 4 kg per block. The ratio is 1:1.

Heavy steel construction

The BLK-7500 features 3 mm thick Q235 steel construction. Due to the heavy weight of 469 kg, the Power Rack can be loaded up to with 350 kg. If you start with strength training, you want this to be done in a safe way. Quality and stability are paramount, the Newton Fitness BLK-7500 meets both.
